Yes absolutely! Insurance is a must. There is no guarantee in our line of work besides making sure our client is priority and at ease with the process.
Address of the property, the clients’ expectations (this could be rent return, type of tenants/ pets no pets etc, how many inspections per lease term). We love doing this in person so we can meet, greet and talk about all of the above!
Most agents charge over 5.5% plus GST and have sneaky monthly account keeping fees and possibly other fees that add up and come out of your rental return.
5.5% per month management fee and one week letting fee. We do all the work, advertising your property online and open for inspections are done on a weekly basis. We spend the time thoroughly vetting the applicants to ensure piece of mind and safety for your investment.
Property management and sales. We take care of our clients with a full circle service. If the time comes to sell your investment, you can be rest assured that you will be covered during the process making the transition a stress free experience.
